Site plans for the financier's private tropical island included in the released materials.
Also featured in this latest photograph release appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier bought a smaller island - Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had formulated development schemes to develop the 161-acre island by building residences, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a pool.
Marked on the drawing is a channel, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is marked up in red pen markings and features a legend labelling various sections of the estate.
Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be several other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, such as plans for dock shelters.
Further documentation disclosed as part of the current oversight process.
